Print to pdf appears to work it says its doing it but never puts anything in the file folder I save it to.
I found some solved this with resetting permissions on the Temp files especially if moved. I went through all the command prompts and got the end result as specified. No Joy.
In sharing you have to include Current Creator or something like that not just 'Everyone'. No Joy.

Bulking For Mesomorphs Pdf Printer
I believe in a prior version of Windows 10 there was a Printer is not listed option as this post describes. But in my latest update it disappeared.
NEW I found the printer is not listed option. duh.. If you right click in the printer area the option does not show. However, if you use the upper tab 'Add a printer' does show and I followed every step in this article. It put the Print to PDF printer back in. No joy if print to it now doesn't even give me the save as file explorer which it did before.
I changed all the security settings to allow all the options. No joy.
I then set up the printer to 'save to file' But doing that only has a Postscript? output option. It opened explorer direction, let it save..showed it was saving.. but just as before, no file is actually saved.
So have basically run out of options nothing seems to work

I am going to just print on a regular printer that works fine and then scan it and convert to pdf. Would be easier if Print to PDF worked.
There are three basic body types -- ectomorphs, who are naturally skinny; endomorphs, who carry more fat; and mesomorphs, who are lean and muscular. Mesomorphs are well-suited to bodybuilding; they are naturally stronger, and can gain muscle easily without putting on excess body fat. If you're a mesomorph, there are still several things to consider when planning your bodybuilding training and diet.
Diet
The main dietary consideration when bodybuilding is your calorie intake. To bulk up, you need to consume more calories than you burn, so your body has excess energy to build muscle. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends that men should eat between 2,000 and 3,000 calories per day to maintain weight, and women should eat 1,800 to 2,400. Bodybuilders need slightly more to build muscle. Add to this that mesomorphs have a slightly higher metabolic rate, and can easily maintain low body fat, and it's likely you'll need more still. Start with these figures as a guide, but be prepared to consume more calories as you gain muscle.
Workout Frequency
Strength coach Christian Thibaudeau writes in his book 'High Threshold Muscle Building' that mesomorphs recover far more quickly between workouts than ectomorphs and endomorphs, and so should train more often. A push-pull split workout in which you train quadriceps, chest, shoulders, triceps and calves on Mondays and Thursdays and hamstrings, back, biceps, traps and abdominals on Tuesdays and Saturdays allows you to hit each body part twice weekly, with three to four days' recovery in between.
Workout Volume
Thibaudeau adds that mesomorphs can also handle a much higher workout volume. Each session should consist of two exercises per body part. Perform a multijoint free-weight exercise such as squats, deadlifts or chinups for three to five sets of five to eight repetitions for each body part first, then an isolation, such as leg extensions, hamstring curls or triceps pushdowns, for two to three sets of 10 to 15 reps afterward.
Contest Preparation
While mesomorphs can stay lean year-round, it's still vital to come into bodybuilding contests with as little body fat as possible, which requires hard dieting. According to professional bodybuilder and ACE certified trainer Derek Charlebois, you'll need to cut calories and carbohydrates to lose fat and get into contest shape. In his book 'Bulking for Mesomorphs,' Charlebois states that mesomorphs can tolerate a higher carb intake than most, as their metabolisms are higher, and they're more efficient at using carbs for fuel rather than storing them as fat. Reduce your carbohydrates gradually before a contest, and add in a small amount of extra cardiovascular work 10 to 12 weeks beforehand.
